Our green mission is sustainable growth. We have created baselines for construction industry to solidify the environmental advantages of rational raw material choices and initiated industry-wide campaigns to reduce the life-cycle impact of natural products by developing a series of best practices to supports the green movement in quarrying, fabrication and reclamation.

The Natural Stone Council (NSC), in partnership with the University of Tennessee’s Center for Clean Products (CCP), has produced a library of information regarding Genuine Stone® and the environment. Their progressive research has substantiated that natural stone possesses many benefits and is a smarter green building material. Unimar is leading the marble and granite industry in Middle East and Africa in this green initiative.
